Our Certified Balloon Artists are also happy to arrange a bouquet for you. Just give us a call at (607) 723-6500 and we'll put together a bouquet to match your budget – and imagination.
Delivery is available and is calculated based on distance.
Minimum delivery order is $29.95.
A Balloon Affair will only use the highest quality balloons (Qualatex). We specially treat all of our arrangements with a flight-extender to last a week or more.
